IT’S START : Il Primo ECO WORKCAMP sulle Tartarughe organizzato da WORK IN PROGRESS e GREENROP

Puglia Eco Work Camp, 6-17 July 2014, Puglia, Italy

The I° Puglia Eco Work Camp will take place in Puglia (Apulia) from 6th to 17th of July 2014 and it will involve 4 participants from all over the world plus local volunteers. It will be a unique and great opportunity for young people to live a 12 days experience in South Italy, in contact with some of the Nature Reserves of our region, working everyday with Ngos, research centers, experts, volunteers, participating in their activities for environment and for educative goals and to join the beauties and the culture that our region Puglia offers. Puglia is one of the most beautiful region of Italy and one of the most important for the natural treasures because it is an hot-spot of biodiversity, because of the high number of species and because of the high level of human impact. In our region (Puglia) we have 43 Nature Reserves. For this I° Work Camp, the participants will be involved in the activities of some Sea Turtles recovering centers of our region, over with the Sea Turtles Recovering Center of Molfetta.
