Policies aimed at improving and strengthening the system of education and training are of great importance within the EU. It’s however possible to indentify some problems that do not allow VET institutions of some European countries to proceed on the path of innovation and adaptation of the skills of pupils to those drawn and suggested by the EU. In this scenario, we add the problem of youth unemployment, which as many studies show, is due not only to the economic crisis but also to a general lack of importance given to the same schools to the arguments recognized at European level as strategic for the personal and professional growth of young people, and therefore, of the economic and social growth of a community: education to entrepreneurship, development of soft skills, improvement of English and European mobility.

The project E2DEMO – Education Driven by Entrepreneurial – European Model Oriented promoted by Work in Progress in partnership with 11 public-private Institution from Italy, Portugal, Latvia, Greece, Slovenia, Turkey will therefore strengthen the entrepreneurial education in schools through the testing of a model of school incubator aimed at the creation of innovative start-ups managed by the students themselves…

The end result will be in fact the formulation of a “VET Policy Reccomandation” which describes the process and the quantitative and qualitative results reached by the project, a document that will be drawn from the data of the project and will be validated by industry and school experts, who will certify the process put in place accompanied of their suggestions; then will be possible to launch the model for national and European level and open it to further testing.
