WIP è il partner italiano del Progetto Erasmus+ “FREE PaSS For rediscovering, empowering & enhance the path to soft skills” che vedrà la partecipazione di 34 Youth workers, mentors, supervisors & project managers attivi nel campo dell’educazione non formale a Lefkas, Grecia dal 18 al 30 Novembre 2014.

Summary: The soft skills are often explained by moans of some terms linked with some personality traits, such as optimism, common sense, responsibility, sense of humour, integrity, and with some practicable competences such as: empathy, work in team, leadership, communication, friendly manners, negotiation, sociability, creativity (flexible thought) and problem-solving. The youth mobility programmes, especially in the field of informal education, play a first-rank part in the process of developing the non- technical, “soft” competences of the young people. By participating in and committing themselves to the long-term activities of some youth/volunteering organizations, particularly in the informal activities of these, the young people can certainly ensure that their soft skills will be considerably enhanced.

Objectives: 1 To Allow the participants to share their experiences and develop their technical and pedagogical skills in order to improve their working methods, with a view to provide young people an environment and opportunities to develop their soft skills and interpersonal skills. 2- To improve the working methods of participants, and develop the quality of non formal educational activities and initiatives of youth organizations with a view to develop the soft skills of young people and facilitate their transition from school life to the professional life. 3- To create and develop together tools for monitoring and evaluation that allow young people to observe, follow and measure the evolution of their soft skills, during and after their participation in non-formal activities, including mobility programmes. 4- Improve the skills of youth workers in order to be more able to create positive learning environments that enable their youngster to develop the skills that they will need in all aspects of their lives, and to help them to find their place in the society and become active and responsible citizens. 5- To develop methods of recognition of soft skills, improving the quality content of youth pass, prepared by the young people beneficiaries of mobility programs under Erasmus+ program and developing an innovative tool for recognising the soft skills of young people beneficiaries of non- formal activities.

COSTI: Progetto: Vedi Infopack Fee WIP: I partecipanti sono tenuti a versare la quota di partecipazione di € 20 che include: tesseramento 2014 Associazione WIP, Formazione Pre-partenza, materiale inerente al progetto e T-Shirt WIP.
