Candidates: The perfect candidate is someone who works in a professional environment such as a youth centre, youth club or city council and works directly with young people to facilitate their personal, social, and educational development than they fit in the profile to participate. Unlike other volunteers or workers, those who work unregulated in a youth centre of guide groups in a youth activity are consider as part-time volunteers, and many do not receive the benefits or earnings a salary or being associated with a full-time job. Another characteristic of youth workers is that they enter the profession through a number of different paths (education on university level) and, thus, have backgrounds in a range of fields, including social work, education, public health, and community education. Some youth workers enter the profession without any formal education and training and gain knowledge and skills on the job.
